When i turn on my laptop it shows the login screen without password input field or any icons HELP!

As the title says i dont have a login box or even icons to click on the side. I tries ctrl alt delete and other stuff. How can i fix this? I have important work stuff that needs to be sent today im panicking! This is outrageous from microsoft

I have to click on enter to bring up the log in screen. I assume you've tried this though.
