Both my Win 10 computers do this. Sometimes a window stays on top and fails to "get out of the way" when a window underneath is clicked on. I have to actually click on minimise.
The other (related?) thing is save dialogues failing to be on top (usually CS2 photoshop), clicking after initiating the save dialogue just gives the "Ding" noise, and the workaround is to put another prog on top, then bring photoshop back on top. Usually that brings the save dialogue to the fore.
Is this usual?
