Not paying attention in a month ago or longer I hit the update box and I ended up with Win 11. I had delayed the update many times before this but in my haste I hit the key. Now I do not like Win 11at all & I plan to go back to Win 10 & if I do I plan to reformat the SSD before I do. If I go bsck to Win 10 is this going to be an ongoing problem security wise or can I take action to prevent anything from happening. I currently have the AVG security I pay for but intend to go to the Avast free version as I hear good things about it. What are the thoughts from the Win 10 community still working with Win 10. One major thing shortly after I got the unintended upgrade to Win 11 it worked OK with a few issues for a while then a new update came in & my beloved MS Office Pro 2003 "stopped" working correctly. I have used this program for this years & really like that program so never upgraded. I then found out the great MS had done something in the update to that program so you can't save anything in Word or Excel nor change any old doc as it will not save it, a pop up a window will open & it wont ot doesn't respond when & you have to close the program it then dumps your old copy. Luckily I have a backup for anything I want to save. I do have an old HP using Win 10 that doesn't qualify for the upgrade so MS doesn't bother trying to update that system so my Office 2003 still works ok there. Thank you
