Win + Tab issues.

Home built
Asus Z170k motherboard
Intel 6700k i7
16GB Corsair Vengence Ram
Samsung pcie m.2 ssd
2TB Hdd
Windows 10 Education edition

I built the computer about three weeks ago. Starting a few days ago I began experiencing problems with switching between open apps with the win + tab keyboard shortcut. I will press the key combination and nothing happens. If I close all of my apps and reopen them it will work fine again for a while. This has happened three times within the last few days. I can't seem to figure out what is causing this. Anybody else experiencing this?

 

[Trouble]

The key combo you are using is basically the same thing as using the "Task View" button on your Taskbar.
When you experience the issue with the key combo, does the Task View button behavior also act the same way?
