I have 2 Laptops, one running windows 7, one running windows 10 home, both have the UAC warning Enabled. On some apps like EaseUs Partition app I get a UAC warning upon start with both the win7 and win10 units. But I've noticed that some other apps like Postbox.exe, give the UAC warning in Windows 7 but do not in windows 10? These are both running the exact same version exe installs of Postbox. Is Win10 more sophisticated in it's program threat decipher?
