Windows 10 default apps accidently removed

So i had an problem with start menu, i couldn't unpin any of my shortcuts.

So i did some research and tryed to copy paste something into Windows Powershell.

It fixed the problem, but then all the built in apps had weird names - https://gyazo.com/8b047b1e5e35a89c7f92e2ba28db2209

i could open the apps, but it closed down after 1 sec



Then i did some research to fix that (uninstalling all default apps and installing them again etc)

Then i put a command into Windows Powershell and then i restartet

Now i can't open any default apps at all and the app icon disappeared - https://gyazo.com/6b6ffe5c34f28bfe193f441b6dda1650

i can't system restore
