Windows 10 Desktop Icon Text

I want to change the colour of the desktop icon text.

Its currently white and i want to change it to black.

Any idea's?

I think white is nice.

I have a work around that helps.
Go to your personalization. Where it gives you the choice between picture, solid, or slideshow, choose "solid". Set the color to orange, which will make the icon text color black by default. After you do this, you can set your background image and the icon color will remain black.
