Windows 10 Groove Music problems

Recently began using Groove Music free trial and like it except I thought it was to play music continuously even if offline? I did so for most of the day then changed to another album and just assumed it would play all night and instead it stopped? What's the story? Using Win 10 on desktop. Thanks. ps I have repeat all turned on.
