But with Mobile and PC on two seperate and distinct paths, IDK if what they are doing with respect to Mobile Builds actually means anything at all to those of us on the PC version of the Insider Preview program.

Now you might have some difficulty finding a Netware Admin or a Netware Server for that matter.
I suspect that there is some sophisticated strategy in play, far beyond my feeble ability to foresee, but.....
It's probably not a complete accident that they are actively working on Windows on ARM, nor that they are porting a lot of their Apps to work cross platform on both Android and Apple mobile devices.
