SOLVED Windows 10 Taskbar labels?

Hello, (probably dumb) question, i am trying to set my taskbar to show labels of open programs,
(Settings, Personalisation, Taskbar, Combine Buttons on other taskbars > When taskbar is full/never), and i use 2 monitors, (laptop & external, Extend), and this works fine on external monitor taskbar, however laptop taskbar stays the same. How can i get this on BOTH taskbars? Also, if i disconnect my Monitor, (Unplug & PC Screen only), And leave the settings the same, nothing happens on the laptop Taskbar...
