Windows 10 Uninstall after a month of use.

On my Pc Windows 10 is really slow and i want to reset to Windows 7. I saw tutorials online but those only work if you´ve got the windows.old folder or if you´ve used windows 10 for less than 1 month. I didn´t know that when i installed windows 10.
please help. My pc and Windows 10 doesn´t work good together and i just loved Windows 7.

Did your Windows 7 come preinstalled when you bought the computer ?
Or did you install Win 7 over another Windows operating system ?
