SOLVED Malwarebytes Uninstall Problems; Windows 10

I installed Malwarebytes some months ago on advice to resolve a problem.
Since I uninstalled it but it keeps returning, and will not now uninstall from Control Panel...

That doesn't sound like typical behavior of Malwarebytes. What source did you use to install?
They produce an uninstall tool
