Windows 10 vs POV-ray 3.7 no ini file creation

Windows 10 vs POV-ray ver 3.7

When trying to create an "ini" file , you get the message =>

"filename.ini" line 1: cannot continue to process INI file 'filename' due to a parse error in line 1.

This is not a valid INI file. Check the file for syntax errors, correct them, and try again!

valid options in INI files are explained in detail in the reference part of the docume
