Hi,
Windows Hello fingerprint logon setup does not work for the built in adminsitrator account (greyed out. It also does not work for administrator accounts when Admin Approval Mode is disabled for the account, It works fine for non-administrators, and for members of the administrators group so long as Admin Approval Mode is not disabled.
I have the same behaviour on two different machines (Windows 10 Education and Windows 10 Pro both fully licenced and activated, and updated).
Is this behaviour by design, and is there some way to get Hello fingerprint logon working for the built in admin account, and adminsitrators with AAM disabled?
All accounts (admin and built-in admin alike) are logged in using a microsoft account.
Thanks.
