Windows security issue - Cannot log-in to to stake crypto token.

I am trying to stake (delegate) Theta tokens to gpool.io and am using a NanoX hardware wallet. I can open my theta wallet just fine with NanoX, select amount and click stake tokens, but when I click "Confirm Staking" a window opens that says "Windows Security" in upper left and a message that says "Chrome (or Brave or MS Edge) requests" - "Take action on your security key to log in." I don't what to do, or where to take action. This is the same result across
these three browsers. After a few seconds, it drops out. If someone could solve this for me, it would be appreciated. Thank you.
