windows wont work on my monitor

Hi all i just don't know where to begin since, upgrading to windows 10 i have had nothing but trouble step1 windows would not work on my monitor due to (or what i googled and found answers to) is my graphics card may need upgrading so i plug into my 32inch led tv via VGA yeee it worked problem 2 my dvd drive will play dvds but wont burn yes it worked b4 upgrade btw i had windows 7 still not solved that problem problem 3 cortina error solved i hope don't get message but sometimes on startup screen i get black screen and told to reboot problem 4 i put pc into sleep mode came back to message on blue screen due to error whilst in sleep mode please restart pc(100% complete ) restarted pc now all i get is blue screen with no signal floating around screen
my system is radion hd 4550 32bit hp my monitor is AOC quad core i am going to revert back to windows 7 but need help to get my pc up and running again please help
