0xc000012f error code

Hi all,

When attempting to install the drivers for my 6800xt Gaming X Trio 16G windows gives me this error message and will not install the drivers.
I have no idea what to do, nor do I have a key to activate windows [if that may be an issue].

What is my best bet to get this problem resolved?

Error Code: 0xc000012f
