Both dump files practically identical
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)
This is a very common BugCheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem.
Multiple errors in both dumps referencing the network stack (ndis, tcp/ip, NETIO, etc.)
The driver associated with these errors would seem to be rt640x64.sys
Which appears to be a Realtek network adapter driver for (Realtek 8136/8168/8169 PCI/PCIe Adapters) although there may be others.

My suggestion would be to identify which realtek network adapter you are using
THEN
Go here https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/advanced-search/787?Itemid=276

Download and install their latest driver for your product.
IF
The problem persists consider installing a newer network adapter which is identified as supporting Windows 10.
