Account detail changes?

How do I change the phone number I used when I installed WIn 10? My phone number has been changed and I cannot validate my account. For some stupid reason the password is not being accepted. The email I used for starting up, I have never used so cannot use that method either. Seems the only way is to change the phone number. BUT HOW?????? I cannot get into the account to do anything because of the above.

Any help would be appreciated. Any one else got the same problem?
