Automatic desktop wallpaper change moves my position in Windows Explorer

I don't know where this started, but I've noticed it in the last days, so I supposed that it happens because of a recent update.

Let's say I'm in Windows Explorer in a folder with a lot of files. I'm exploring this folder and my position is anywhere but the top. Suddenly, an automatic desktop wallpaper change comes and Explorer resets my position to the top of the files listing. It's very annoying.

I know, it won't happen if I stop the automatic wallpaper change, but I'm sure this wasn't happening before.

I have Windows 10 Pro version 1703, compilation 15063.674

Any help?
