Bluetooth Headphone Connected But No Sound

Hi Friends,

I am having a typical error . My Bluetooth headphone is connected to my Gaming laptop, but it is not emmiting any sound. Any idea what could be the issue with it?

The most obvious suggestion is that either the headphone’s volume is either at 0 or Mute is on.

What’s the make & model of the headphones?
