my screen bounces all the time. irritating mainly when i am paying bills. i may want to pay so. ca. gas co., then i discover
it bounced around and i actually sent a payment to sears !!!! i try so hard to watch this, but, often fail. it must bounce after i have set up payment. not just bill pay......bounces all the time. not sure if it is windows 10 or what ? i just have to chase screen till i get lucky

i have had several problems with windows 10 . most irritating is windows will not talk to printer. i have to do several steps everyday to get it to work. then this bouncing screen. not a lover of windows 10 anyway

Hi msjyk,

I've had a similar issue myself.

In my case, opening my mouse with a scroll wheel and cleaning it, mainly where wheel is, seems to have stopped the bounce. My mouse you can also press the scroller to lock it on, and I suspect the dust inside created the lock scroll affect, which as a result causes screen to seem to bounce, when in fact it was me bumping the mouse as I was trying to type.

The other possibility is your End or Home, or perhaps one of the up/down arrow keys is sticking on your keyboard, which can also cause the screen to involuntarily move up or down, so cleaning keyboard may help, or reinstalling the drivers for input devices could help, as occasionally they get corrupted or suffer a memory leak which too can cause the bouncing screen effect.
