OK so The PC is working, the internet is working, btmail is working. What are the symptoms of not being able to login? Cant get to the URL? No login page? correct password not accepted? error message.
Ok. I see that btmail is run by Yahoo. Can you go to Yahoo.com , go to mail and type in your account and password there using Edge. My ISP in Canada uses Yahoo as well and I can do that.
