How to open OST File in MS Outlook email?

I forget the password for MS Outlook email. But I have old data saved on my computer. I am confused, how to recover my old data in my account. If you have any solution please mention below

When you log in, it will ask for the password. Underneath it will say something like "Forgotten Password?" Click in and follow the instructions. Obviously, you will not be able to accept the option to send a recovery password to your email, so select the option to answer the check questions (hopefully, you have made a note of them!!)
