SOLVED C and H drives have swapped letters

C & H are now swapped ( PC will not boot! )
I used DISKPART to swap back to normal and rebooted BUT the letters instantly swapped back again ( Bad )
What is causing this?

There's no information about the computer been given for us to know about it. Are the 2 letters for separate drives or for 2 partitions on the same drive? Has any work been done inside the case? If the computer won't boot how are you running DiskPart?

Bighorn, thanks for your reply.
I have just discovered that my C drive is corrupted and hence so is Win 10.
After a Recovery using Acronis, all is good again.
