Cannot accesss store and some app icons greyed out

Recently, I cannot access store-it just flashes on screen, Then some app icons are greyed out in all list and also missing in drop downs such as windows system where it only indicates default programs and directs one to control panel. Have tried powershell get apps, and started application identity. and ran store app analyzer which indicated 2 errors only.
