SOLVED cannot install 1809 because my pc was shut down

Every time I try to update (my current version is 1803) it downloads and tries to install. Then the message pops up saying that it can't install due to pc being shut down. I have not shut down the pc (to my knowledge) during any update.

Can anyone tell me what to do to get 1809 to install - maybe that will take care of some issues.

Press the Windows and "i" keys simultaneously, click "Update and Security", "Troubleshoot" in the left window, then "Windows Update" in the right window.

Somehow after going to the link listed below and downloading and letting it install I now have ver 1809 installed!
Don't understand how it downloaded and installed 1809 but it did. Below is a snapshot of what I clicked on. First is what I have afterwards! Problem solved!!! Thanks to all!
