Cannot Upload Files To The Internet

I cannot upload any files or send any files to the internet. The websites I tried it on but doesn't work are YouTube, Facebook, GMail, Windows 10 Mail, and Google Drives. I can't upload/send the pictures and videos I want. If this is not a windows 10 issue, please lead me into the right direction. Thank you!
