Can't buy apps!

Why won't Windows 10 store let me buy apps?? I've been searching for an answer everywhere & it's driving me insane. I've downloaded a trial of Majong Emerald & that works fine but I'd like to buy the whole game. When I click to 'buy' a message comes up saying 'Oops there was a mistake, try again' but it never works.

Are you using a Microsoft Account to login to your computer?
What happens when you go here https://account.microsoft.com/about
Can you sign-in with the account your are using?

Hi - yes I log in with a Microsoft account & have no other problems apart from this one highly annoying issue! It appears that many people are having this problem but there doesn't seem to be a fix for it. It's definitely down to Microsoft.
