Can't find the Store

I hope you can help me with this one!
I just freshly installed Windows 10. I first upgraded from Windows 8 to 10 but then went to the settings and reset everything. With the option that it should format the drives.

Now I can't find the store anywhere! Neither with the search nor in the Programs folder.

And when I launch the calc.exe I get this error message:

Give this a try.................
Right click at Start button > select RUN > in the box, type wsreset.exe > click OK.

When done, see if you can open Calculator this time.

I was so upset with this that I reinstalled Windows....
