I wanted to use firefox browser so followed the instructions to access windows 10 home. all went well.Later when I restarted my laptop, there was an automatic bios update. Now I cant access firefox. I used MS edge to get the instructions again and followed them. I get to "working on it" and then everything stops. I have tried rebooting without success. Hi there,
To fix the problem and get you to get out of S mode, you can follow these steps
1. Open Windows settings.
2. Select Accounts.
3. Click on the Access work or School tab on the left-hand side.
4. Click on the business account, then click on Disconnect or Remove. Removing these accounts will not actually remove your email and will help in getting out of s mode
5. Reopen the Microsoft Store and you should now be able to Get out of S mode.
Re-add the associated accounts if needed.

If you need to exit safe mode, simply restart your device, or:
  1. Press the Windows logo key + R.
  2. Type MSConfig in the Open box and then select OK.
  3. Select the Boot tab.
  4. Under Boot options, clear the Safe boot checkbox.
