cant load my epson wireless printer

please help. I have a epson et 2710. I have tried to load it about 8 times.
This time it saysEpsonnet setup has stopped working

Didn't find a solution but it would help to know which Version and Build of Windows 10 you have, hold down the Windows key and press R, type winver, post the whole line with the numbers.

Wireless/Wi-Fi/Wireless Direct can be useful but have seen some printers require a wired connection for the initial setup then can switch to Wireless.
