SOLVED can't get Win10 reserve or can't find app or where to download it

I have a Lenovo laptop with Win10 8.1 and all updated. I cannot get the resrerve to come up in the update window or on the task bar. when i go online to get the win10 app or to find where to download win10 i cannot find anywhere to get it. if they want this to be available..... then make it easy to find... I tried to do the command command thing and that doesn't work either... any ideas??

You can use that tool to upgrade or create installation media to use later.
