SOLVED can't use "send to" to send pdf doc to windows mail

I have tried setting mail as default in Win 10 64 bit, tried going to associations (under default) and at bottom (protocalls) is "Mailto" and setting that to "mail" any other suggestions.

Right click the PDF and choose "Open with" -> "Microsoft Edge"
Use the "Share" icon in edge (top right) and choose mail from the options.
