I find that mail coming in which gets routed to Junk and subsequently I shift into InBox carries with it the policy for Junki, deleting after 10 days.
When I buy something from some site and the acknowledgement comes back, slotted into Junk, unless I take some specific action, which I generally forget to do, it will disappear - which has caused some problems.
I cannot find out how to change the retention polilcy for Junk folder. Clicking on the 'Add or Remove Retention Policies' just takes me to login to the online version.
Searching for an answer leads me to pages which I'm unable to follow. I need a dummies guide !!
