Changing other user accounts passwords

I'm having difficulty changing another users password because I forgot my own so I have to use someone else's. If anyone can give me a solution ASAP, that would great.

If the account your currently using is admin open an elevated command prompt and enter the following command

net user ("enter username") *

replace enter username with the username and remove parenthesis. after this enter new password twice.

If your account uses a Microsoft account use the password of the Microsoft account or reset it.

If none of these are available youtube's always a great source for ways to get into your account.
