Changing search engine on Windows 10

Hi!

I have been trying to change my search engine to Norton Security Safe, and get my Norton Vault on my top taskbar of my home page. I am have zero luck. I don't want Bing. Norton tells me which sites are safe and which ones aren't when I'm doing a search.

Does anyone know how to do this??? I would greatly appreciate it. Thankyou!!!
