Compute actions I don't command

1. Why with no warning does my Windows 10 Azerty keyboard suddenly switch to QWERTY,
while language and keyboard settings remain the same ? I have to switch off computer for Azerty
to restore itself about twice daily.

I use an azerty keyboard because I write lots of French emails to friends.

2. Why do my emails send prematurely ?

3. Why does a word in an email being written, reduce font size from large
(which is what I use) to normal e.g.send.....? When I re-type it as large,
