SOLVED Contrast setting

I feel stupid, BUT, somehow I changed the contrast setting and cannot seem to get back to where I did it from. Have black background with stark white letters/numbers, yuk.

How do I get back into the settings area to put it back to a more normal contrast setting?

Settings/Personalization/colors/High Contrast and choose none on the drop down.
