Cortana.

I am in the UK, and I got Windows 10 on my Lenovo Yoga 300. I never really thought about using Cortana until today. I clicked on the bar, and it said she wasn't available in my region. I checked my region, and it said UK. Cortana can be used in the UK... some help would be appreciated.
