Delete wrong user name in Win10 Pro

1. When I start windows, I get a user name of 'Other user' asking for my password. When I enter this, it reverts to my proper user name which does not require a password. I have tried all the usual methods to delete it, but it refuses to go.
2. I have installed Administrator in my Win10, with a password. How can I delete the password and run it without one as I do with my other user name.
