Desktop background became blurry after installing Windows 10 - how do I fix this?

After I installed Windows 10 the same desktop background became visibly less clear. Please can somebody help me resolve this problem.

Try this: go to settings > personalisation > background > choose a fit. If that doesn't work you might have to redownload the image.

After you make sure that you have the latest and greatest driver for your GPU, then......
You might check the Driver Software Package.
I know that sometimes on my nVidia card it helps if I adjust something called "Digital vibrance" if I kick it up from the default 50% to somewhere around 75%, everything appears a bit crisper.

I have a dell laptop and went on their website and it said that I have the latest graphics driver already. Installing Windows 10 should not change the driver anyway, should it? How do I check the Driver software package and adjust the vibrancy?
