How do I set up a slideshow for my desktop background in Windows 10?

How do I set up a slideshow for my desktop background? That is, something that actually works, as it did in Windows 8.1. Options for a slideshow seem to have vanished in Windows 10.

Start button > Settings > Personalization > left side, click Background > right side, under Background, click the pointer and select Slideshow> click Browse to select pictures > select slide duration.
