Does not go into sleep via power 'plan' settings. I usually use the POWER option from 'Start' (sorry, still using prior Windows version terminology), then select either Sleep or Hibernate. I find that within 30 minutes, varied time, the desktop is back UP again. The only USB connection is wireless mouse/keyboard and a charger adapter cable.

Hi wjnm,

have you also checked in Control Panel > Power Options?:

I have now changed to the High Performance power setting to see if that will make a difference. It was on Balanced. And verified the plan settings are still set to what I had wanted.

Hibernate is working 90% of time. Sleep is still doing it's own thing. I'll close this thread since there have been no other suggestions. I reviewed threads from others back to 2015-2016 and found no solutions.
