Yep and it's call GWX Control Panel which you can get here

It's portable, requires no installation, just run it click two buttons and that pretty much does it (after a reboot) it does it automatically for you.
I've used it on multiple Windows 7 and 8.1 installs where the computer owner wanted nothing to do with Windows 10
