Downloading Windows 10upgrade from 7 to 10. Keep getting Disc image ISO file. What do I do with that please?

Trying to download Windows 10 or upgrade from 7 to 10. Keep getting Disc image ISO file. What do I do with that please?
Using an old Toshiba serial No. 19015548Q

If you’re trying to download the media creation tool but are receiving the .iso version instead then it may be the browser which you’re using.
To use the .iso you can right click on this & choose mount, this will open it & you just run setup.
Once complete right click on the file again & choose unmount.
