Error 0xc0000225

Hi,
Recently I have resize C partition in Windows 10 suddenly I have got the error code 0xc0000225 in the blue screen. I have tried through the command prompt when I type bootrec /fixboot, it gives the "access is denined" msg and also in my volume list no volume with ESP lable. And mostly I try the all commands but still I have the same problem it could not solve. So any other possible way to solve this problem?

the minimum is 20GB I think, what size did you use?, is it UEFI/GPT or NTFS?:
