error 651

After a 2 hour install from Win7 to 10 using Mediacreation toolx64.exe to install Win 10 I can't hook up to the internet wirelessly. I get "Connection failed with error 651. Any ideas as to how to fix this.

Try this

Open a Command Prompt as Administrator.
Select all the code below, then right click it and click Copy:

TAKEOWN /F "C:\Windows\system32\drivers\raspppoe.sys"
ICACLS "C:\Windows\system32\drivers\raspppoe.sys" /grant administrators:F
Right click in the Command Prompt window and click Paste.
Press Enter.
Once it has finished, close the Command Prompt.
Go to the following folder:
C:\Windows\system32\drivers
Rename the raspppoe.sys file to raspppoe2.sys
Right click on the following file and click Save Target As / Save link as:
Vista RAS PPPoE Driver.
Save it in the C:\Windows\system32\drivers folder.
Restart the computer.

you might need to re-install network card drivers

Thanks for the quick response. I got it fixed. Went into the device manager and saw the driver was flagged, right clicked on it and had it install the driver and all is well. Now trying the same for the web camera.
