Connection failed error 651

I have never had trouble connecting to the internet now all I get is this notice. Any info would be helpful.

Check device manager, expand network adapters and see if you need a driver update.

Most of the time it's the issue with your plug only. By simply re plugging it, the issue can be resolved.
