Sorry for the delay regarding your post.
I suppose we would need to know, what is producing the error.....
Normal Windows Updates, day to day stuff like Defender Updates, etc.
A major Windows Update / Upgrade, such as the Anniversary Update or other big Cumulative Updates? IF so, which one.
Are you attempting to Upgrade from an earlier version of Windows to Windows 10?
Activation?? Apparently this error can also be associated with activating Windows 10.
